one month ago today

One month ago was gotcha day. I am amazed at the progress Abby has made in such a short time. She is so eager to learn. I wonder now what i did with all that spare time I used to have :)

Abby's weekend

Abby had a busy weekend. She went to China buffet,Looked at her Bible with Brandon, made it though Saturday service(in the play room)met Auntie Susie and cousin Steve and had her first trip to Nana's and met Scooter. She loves to go, go, go

We're Home

I apologize for how long it's been since I updated. Blogger was not available in China and it has been a whirlwind since we have returned. Abby is doing amazing in just the short time we have had her. I will try to post but lets Just say I have ALOT less free time on my hands. Here is a pic from the day we came home and she saw her room:)

Now the real journey begins

Well,This is it,tomorrow we start the very long journey to the other side of the world to bring Abby home.On Monday at 2pm(that's 3am central time) Mr.Li is picking us up at our hotel and taking us to meet Abby. This day that I dreamed of,that I longed for and cried a thousand tears for, is really here. I have a million emotions running through me. All the years we waited, all the "why Gods" all come down to this day..this child..this is God's plan. I can't wait to see her sweet face right in front mine.. I hope to blog there but if it is not available and I have you as an email contact,I will be sending out a mass email with a photo attached. so bye for now..catch ya on the other side of the world!!
