Step One Putting up the tree

Abby had a great time helping put up the tree. Hopefully tomorrow we can do ornaments. I am getting so excited about christmas with our little girl finally home.

Happy Halloween

Abby ha a GREAT Halloween. Our Little Ladybug had a lot of peole that love her drop in with special treats. It is so awesome seeing her have so much fun. The next few months are going to be filled with wonderful firsts and great memories!

Just 4 short months ago today..we met a scared little girl named Lianqing..she has come SO far in such short time...she is really an amazing little girl!!!!!!!

First day of School

Sorry have done such a poor job of keeping the blog up to date. Life right now is challenging. Since school has started I feel like we are on this crazy cycle. I know or at least hope that things will calm down after another huge adjustment in our lives. Abby continues to amaze me as she is doing an amazing job at school and all that is new challenges she faces. I have been bad about remembering my camera. Today she bowled for the first time and had so much fun, her smile was priceless. She has so many exciting firsts coming, I must do a better job of capturing this memories, for as we all know they only come around once.

Waterpark Fun

I apologize for my not keeping up with the blog.It seems life is moving at lightening speed and time has really gotten away from me. I did not even get Abby's Bday pictures posted. I will try to get them up, there are a lot of them so I thought I would update what I could do quickly. Last weekend we headed to a water park in Lake Geneva for a last family fun time before school ascended upon us. We spent the night at Timber Ridge Lodge.Although everyone had fun,it was Abby who really had the time of her life. She loved the slides and was quite the little daredevil,trying to keep up doing everything her big brothers did. She was ticked when she couldn't go down this intense body slide because she wasn't tall enough,LOL. She stayed in the park until 10pm and was ready to go back early the next morning:)
